Price & booking
The prices and the booking calendar can be found under this link of the Boltenhagener Appartement & Immobilien Service GmbH.
The table shows the rental price per night for up to four people.
Each additional person + 10,- Euro per day.
Dogs are welcome.
The final cleaning, for a one-time fee of 216,- Euro is already included in the first day (see table).There is an additional booking fee of 20 euros per booking.
Upon arrival and welcome in the apartment you pay the deposit of 200,- Euro for the duration of your stay. This will be refunded after you have checked out the house. The electricity for the house and perhaps also for the electric car will be charged extra in cash at 40 cents/kwh on departure.

Our garden invites you to enjoy it at any season- you are also welcome to harvest the fruit from the trees and bushes during your stay.
The Klützer Winkel nature reserve offers many opportunities for sporting activities such as hiking, cycling and of course swimming. Beautiful restaurants, organic farms and small wellness oases can be found in the immediate vicinity. We have listed a few of our favorite places. Our house newspaper will tell you even more about us and the surrounding area when you arrive.
