Each additional person + 10,- euro per day.

Dogs are welcome and are charged with 8,- euros/ day.

The energy and additional costs for the house as well as the firewood for the fireplace are included.

The final cleaning, for a one-off fee of 216 euros, is added to the first day.

Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee of €16 and €12 per person respectively. Otherwise, please bring your own towels and bed linen for 200x140 duvets and 80x80 pillows.

Upon arrival and welcome in the apartment you pay the deposit of 200,- Euro for the duration of your stay. This will be refunded after you have checked out the house.

There is a wall box in the shed for charging electric cars. Electricity consumption during charging is automatically recorded and billed separately at 35ct/kWh including VAT after your stay. Please let us know by email if you would like to use this service and send us your billing address.

Visitor's tax in Groß Schwansee: A visitor's tax is levied in the municipality of Kalkhorst, to which Groß Schwansee belongs. This serves to finance tourist facilities and infrastructure . All information and costs can be found on the municipality's information page. The visitor's tax is not included in the accommodation price and will be billed to you separately by our rental agency. You will then receive your digital visitor's cards by email.

The house can be requested and reserved through us. We will be happy to add your desired dates to our house calendar, so that the house is reserved for you. Our local rental agency, Boltenhagener Appartement & Immobilien Service GmbH, will then contact you personally to discuss all further details.
