On the first floor, a spacious entrance area welcomes you into a generous living/dining area, where a cozy couch and a wood-burning stove (firewood available) as well as a TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speakers invite you to relax. In the open kitchen, you can prepare your meals with the help of a 6-burner gas hob, oven, fridge with integrated freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. prepare your meals. The dishwasher takes care of the washing up. You can enjoy meals together at the dining table or, during the warmer months, on one of the two seasonally furnished terraces, one of which is sheltered from the wind and covered. The private garden with sun loungers invites you to relax.

There is also a light studio on the first floor (which can also be used as a 4th bedroom), a shower room and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

A curved wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with an efficiently designed hallway with a seating for reading and relaxing as well as a TV.

There are also three separate bedrooms on this level. 1x with double bed and balcony access, 1x with double bed, 1x with 2 single beds. The very comfortable daylight bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub, a walk-in shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

The vacation home is heated by underfloor heating. A high chair is available for our younger guests.

You can park your car free of charge in the outdoor parking space directly at the house and there is also a wallbox for charging cables with plug type 2 (11KW).

Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the bicycle shed and there is a double Schuko socket for charging e-bikes.
